„Services“ – software modules, documentation, API descriptions, consultations and other functionality, offered or described by FalcoSoft ITS on the website.
„User“ – any person who visits or uses the website.

- The website may be used for informational purposes, reviewing documentation and contacting the owner.
- Use for illegal purposes, abuse, intrusion attempts, DDoS, scanning or exploitation is prohibited.
- FalcoSoft ITS may restrict access in case of suspected abuse or violations.

All website content (text, design, structure, logos, elements, documentation) is protected by copyright, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Copying, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

The website may contain links to external websites/services (e.g. IPT.BG, payment providers, APIs, documentation). FalcoSoft ITS does not control the content or policies of these pages.
Their use is at the User’s own responsibility and subject to their terms and policies.
6) Contact and requests
When sending an inquiry through the support page or email, the User agrees to provide the necessary data for communication purposes. Personal data processing is described in Privacy.
FalcoSoft ITS may refuse to process a request in case of abuse, legal conflict or inability to perform the request.

FalcoSoft ITS may update these Terms of Service at any time. It is recommended to review them periodically.

Card payments through V-POS
- Payments by debit or credit card are processed through V-POS.
- Accepted cards may include Visa, Mastercard and bCard, depending on the active payment provider configuration.
- Transactions are processed through security programs such as Mastercard Identity Check and VISA Secure.
- FalcoSoft ITS does not store bank card details used for online payments.
- If a refund is required for an amount paid by card, the refund is returned to the same card when technically possible.
